Sexy Fish Miami
Set in the heart of Brickell in Downtown Miami, Sexy Fish is nothing short of spectacular. The lighting and décor are designed to immerse guests in an opulent underwater fantasy. Warm, golden tones and dynamic accent lighting create a sense of mid-century glamour, while dramatic feature lighting highlights the venue’s extraordinary art collection. Sculptural installations by Damien Hirst and Frank Gehry, shimmering mermaid figures, and a live coral fish tank add layers of intrigue and sophistication.

Every detail, from the glow of the bar to the subtle illumination of dining spaces, is carefully curated to deliver a sensory experience that feels vibrant, luxurious, and irresistibly Instagram-worthy.
Following the success of earlier collaborations, Sexy Fish Miami marked a new chapter, not just for the brand, but for Intecho.
If Mayfair was where it all began, and Manchester cemented the approach, Miami was where everything scaled. Bigger, bolder, and set against an entirely different backdrop, this was a project that demanded more than replication. It required evolution.
Sexy Fish Mayfair was more than a project; it was a showcase of how technology, artistry and culture collide. It set the stage for what followed: Manchester, and then Miami.
And Miami? That was something else entirely.

A world away from home, the project gave Intecho’s engineers an experience no office ever could. A different continent, a different climate and a different pace. Delivering in that environment meant adapting quickly, problem-solving constantly, and working seamlessly alongside international teams to bring a shared vision to life.
From a technical perspective, the project pushed boundaries. Intecho delivered a fully integrated smart building solution, combining intelligent lighting, automation and control into a system that works quietly behind the scenes but defines the entire experience.
Lighting transitions throughout the day, responding to the natural rhythm of the space, from relaxed daytime dining through to high-energy evenings. Every zone is considered. Every scene is intentional. The result is an environment that feels effortless to guests, while giving operators complete control.
But what sets Miami apart isn’t just the technology, it’s what sits around it.
This was a project that brought together design, culture and engineering on a global stage. A space where every detail matters, and where the technology has to elevate the experience without ever being seen.
For Intecho, it’s a reflection of what modern hospitality now demands. Not just systems that work, but systems that enhance. Not just smart buildings, but intelligent environments that adapt, perform and create something people remember.
And for the team behind it? It’s a project that will stay with them long after the final handover. Because some projects are about delivery, and some are about experience…
Miami was both!
