Two St Peter’s Square in Manchester is a timeless example of contemporary building design.
Designed by SimpsonHaugh Architects, the redevelopment was transformed to reflect the quality and character of the building’s historic setting.
We supported the project contractors, Laing O’ Rourke, to design and deliver a smart technology solution that supported the workplaces’ sustainability targets, which included automation and controls for smart lighting as well as a full emergency test system.
Now certified as BREEAM ‘Excellent’, the high-performing building has been highly commended as the workplace of the year, as well as commercial property project of the year.
We also provide Two St Peter’s Square with maintenance and support to ensure our system continues to operate seamlessly and efficiently, helping to improve daily operations and reduce energy bills.
