A 17 storey tower can be challenging to operate efficiently if the right smart technology isn’t implemented.

With safety, security and guest experience being paramount in this Manchester hotel, Motel One required a seamless system that could not only detect critical alarm notifications, but also control lighting throughout to improve energy efficiency.

We designed and installed a unique system where front-of-house and other team members could monitor, receive and action critical alerts, as well as enhance guest experience by controlling lighting from one intelligent device, giving peace of mind to those staying and working in the hotel.

Thanks to our project delivery, we’ve continued to support Motel One with six of their UK hotels, seamlessly integrating smart building control solutions to maximise efficiency and guest experience.
